1. General Terms

Jet Cars Luxury provides luxury watercraft rental services (“Jet Cars”) for recreational purposes in Miami, Florida.* All participants must be at least 18 years old.* We reserve the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion for safety or operational reasons.

2. Booking & Payments

Reservations must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or social media channels.* Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.* We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and other methods listed on our booking page.

3.Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time** will not be refunded or rescheduled.* No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will be treated as cancellations and are **non-refundable**.* In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Jet Cars Luxury reserves the right to reschedule your ride or offer a credit for a future date.

4. Arrival & Safety Requirements

Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their reservation time**.* A valid government-issued **photo ID** (with date of birth) is required.* Renters must present a **credit card that matches the name on the ID**.* If born in 1988 or later, you **must complete a Florida Boating Safety Test** or show a valid boating license.* All participants must sign a **liability waiver** prior to the ride. Minors are not permitted to participate.* **Pregnant individuals** or those under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed to ride.

5. Ride Guidelines & Weight Limit

A maximum of **2 people per Jet Car**, with a combined weight limit of **400 lb (190 kg)**.* Follow all instructions from Jet Cars Luxury staff before, during, and after the ride.* Reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or disregard for safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.

6. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any **damage to the Jet Car** caused by negligence or failure to follow safety rules.* Jet Cars Luxury is **not liable** for personal injury, property loss, or accidents resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.* A security deposit may be required. Damages exceeding the deposit will be charged to the renter.

7. Photo & Video Usage

By participating, you grant Jet Cars Luxury the right to use any photos or videos taken during your ride for marketing and promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: Use our services to promote, advertise, or sell unrelated goods or services. Transfer your booking or profile to another person without written consent.Harass, abuse, or behave inappropriately toward staff or other guests.* Operate a Jet Car while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
